March comes with a range of food and drink programs at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers in downtown HCMC.

A range of food programs are available at the hotel this month

Li Bai Chinese Restaurant

The hotel is welcoming two guest chefs, Hu Zijing and Chen Junyan, from the five-star W Guangzhou hotel, to present the authentic Cantonese and Szechuan dishes to local connoisseurs at Li Bai Chinese restaurant from now until March 26.

Diners can try savoring a Cantonese and Szechuan menu of traditional delicacies including steamed chicken with chili sauce in Chongqing style, Cantonese-style roast duck, baked prawns with mayonnaise, BBQ pork with honey, spicy chicken with peanuts and fried rice with dried scallops.

The Lounge

During this month, guests can head to The Lounge on the lobby level of the hotel every Friday from 5.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. to enjoy two hour free flow of French wine and L’Apéritif cold buffet accompanied with live music entertainment, with prices of VND590,000++ per person.
